Sparks Fly is a sheer dark blue polish filled with three sizes of silver glitter- larger hex, small hex, and micro glitters. Just as I found with Fanta-Sea, this was so sheer that I decided I'd like it better over a solid color. I chose Air again because I thought the delicate light blue would compliment Spark Fly well. Since there was so much glitter in Sparks Fly, I decided to try just one coat of  Air and I was pleased to find that worked fine.

The sheer dark blue base gave a gorgeous tint to Air. I got pretty good glitter coverage in one coat, but added a second to get some major bling. Again, I was totally surprised to find that with just one coat of NYC Grand Central Station, this was perfectly smooth. I expected a glitter like this to need extra coats to feel smooth, but was pleasantly surprised when it didn't.
