Revlon Just Tinted in Mystical
I'm just not sure what I think about this polish. I think I expected it to be sheerer? But it is actually pretty buildable, and the above swatch is two coats. I think it need another coat to even things out, but then it would have been even less sheer.... So why is this called a tint?
