Frosty is a creamy white with a gorgeous shimmer. I'm not typically a fan of plain white polish, so I am loving the shimmer and what it adds to the finish. You definitely need 3 coats of this to get opaque coverage though.

Pretty! I have a white polish that's very similar. It looks plain white in the bottle, but has plenty of shimmer when painted on the nail. It's not one I probably would have chosen to buy on my own, but a friend was moving and gave me a bunch of her old polishes and this was included. I've grown to really love it.
