Avon Vintage Blue
This is another one of Avon's new colors, which are on sale right now (see previous post). I am not sure where I stand on this one.... it's kind of "whiteout"-ish.
The first coat looked terribly streaky, but the second coat evened it out just fine.
It's a "notice me" color, but I'm just not sure it's me.

I can't decide if I like this color or not. I kind of do and kind of don't.
It kind of reminds me of Easter.

Perfect baby blue. Its so nice. I don't ever really buy Avon though, I might just for this polish!
