Today I have another one of the Pure Ice Fairytale Forest collection shades that I found at Walmart on an end cap before Christmas. I tried to find them all, but even after trying 3 different stores, I only ended up with 6 of the 8. The Nail Tales has a great post showing all 8 shades.

Precious Jewel is an aqua creme that has a shimmer than leans gold on me. I got great coverage in just two coats.

Prince Charming is a periwinkle blue creme that has a silver shimmer. I got great coverage in just two coats. I also got a compliment on my nails at Sam's Club today. The weather is very Spring-like and this color is just so easter egg!

Fairytale Forest is the namesake of the collection and it's pretty awesome for a $2 polish! It was almost a OCW (one coat wonder) but I did two two coats for perfect coverage. I love the subtle shimmer in this metallic deep bluish grey.

Back in 2009 when Rescue Beauty Lounge released 3 limited edition blogger-designed shades, I knew I needed to order Scrangie, since she was (and still is) one of my favorite nail bloggers.

 

I've worn it before, but there doesn't seem to be evidence of that here on my blog.

 

 

It's really gorgeous- Scrangie described it as "a medium blue-based purple with green iridescence and green microshimmer". Love love love it.

 

But then I ran across Jenny at Lavish Layerings who topped it with a coat of Pure Ice Heartbreaker and I figured I would give that a try too since I have that in my collection.
