NOTD: China Glaze Running in Circles

China Glaze Running in Circles

Today I have another shade to show you from the China Glaze Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away Collection.

When I applied Running In Circles I thought 2 coats was plenty, but once I got out in the sun it looked like I could have used another coat towards the tips. This shimmery green didn't even need any Gelous to help smooth it out, it was nice and smooth on it's own.

I picked mine up at Sally's. Right now they are having a great sale- when you buy a bottle of Seche Vite, you can choose a bottle of China Glaze for free.

NOTD: China Glaze Water You Waiting For

China Glaze Water You Waiting For

Today I have another shade to show you from the China Glaze Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away Collection.

Water You Waiting For is just gorgeous- I did just two coats and got great coverage. It is definitely a hungry glitter, so I did two coats of Gelous before my quick-dry topcoat to get a smooth surface.

NOTD: China Glaze It's A Trap-Eze!

China Glaze It's A Trap-Eze!

When the China Glaze Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away Collection came out, I knew there were a few I just had to have, and this one was the one I wanted most of all.

This swatch is just two coats and although I suspected it might be a pain to apply, it was not a pain at all. Even though it's a bit thick, it was easy to use just as you would a normal polish, no need to dab to spread the glitter around.

Although I had a bit of VNL with two coats, I decided not to apply another coat and was happy with the look. This shade is just plain fun!

I applied two coats of Gelous before I used my quick-dry topcoat, and it smoothed it out just fine.

I have a few more shades from this collection I'll be showing over the next few days (Water You Waiting For and Running in Circles) and I also need to figure out what I want to do with Get Carried Away.... it was a nightmare to apply and I am considering using it a single-coat topper over a red. Suggestions?
