Pop Culture Cosmetics Wonderland over CoverGirl XL Gel in Ample Apple

Pop Culture Cosmetics Wonderland (1 coat)
over CoverGirl XL Gel in Ample Apple (2 coats)

shade picture

Today I'm wearing another of the three glitter toppers I won in March I in giveaway from Pop Culture Cosmetics.

I did just one coat of Wonderland (using a dabbing method) and got what I consider to be great coverage for a glitter topper. I waited a bit, applied a thick coat of Gelous to help smooth it out, and did my normal topcoat of NYC Grand Central Station and had a really smooth result. I do see some glitter shapes and colors that I didn't get in this application on these four fingers- there are also some black spades and clubs in the bottle in addition to the hearts and diamonds I did get in this pic- so this polish contains all four of the card suits.

Thanks to Pop Culture Cosmetics for an awesome giveaway- I'll be featuring the last shade soon!

In March I won a giveaway from Pop Culture Cosmetics (yay!) and received three awesome glitter polishes. After I wore China Glaze You Drive Me Coconuts, I thought it would be a perfect base for Pop Culture Cosmetics Fairyland- and I was right! I love how this turned out.

NOTD: Pop Culture Cosmetics Neverland

Pop Culture Cosmetics Neverland (2 coats)
over China Glaze Blue Bells Ring (2 coats)

Do you have mani ADD like I do? I have so many pretties, it is hard to wear something for more than a day or two!

And that's what happened with China Glaze Blue Bells Ring... it still looked nice, but after a day it needed a little something.... glitter!

So I added 2 coats of Pop Culture Cosmetics Neverland and it satiated my desire for something different. Denise has a great pic showing it over black. I think I will have to try that next.

You know my love for mini bottles- I am so glad Denise offers them. Her pricing is fabulous too- just $4 for her mini bottles, which hold 5mL.

Disclosure: Neverland was provided to me for review purposes.

NOTD: Pop Culture Cosmetics Glitterazzi over Revlon Saucy

Revlon Saucy (2 coats)
topped with Pop Culture Cosmetics Glitterazzi (1 coat)

Denise from Pop Culture Cosmetics sent me some of her gorgeous glitters to try, and I thought Revlon Saucy would be a good base for Glitterazzi.

I did just one coat of Glitterazzi and loved the effect I got. I topped it with a coat of Gelous followed by a coat of NYC Grand Central Station and it was quite smooth.

Here's Denise's description of Glitterazzi:

This fabulous polish is a *limited edition* and we've named it Glitterazzi! It's a glitter coat filled with over 65 different glitters of all colors, shapes and sizes, it is really gorgeous!!

All of the polishes from Pop Culture Cosmetics are 3-free....they do not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde or Dibutyl Phthalate.

NOTD: nails inc. the thames topped with Pop Culture Cosmetics Supernatural

nails inc. the thames (2 coats)
topped with Pop Culture Cosmetics Supernatural (1 coat)

Denise from Pop Culture Cosmetics sent me some of her gorgeous glitters to try, and after I put on the thames I realized that Pop Culture Cosmetics Supernatural would be a great addition.

I used a dabbing method to get the glitter place, and I love how it turned out.

Here's Denise's description of Supernatural:

Supernatural is very hard to see in pictures, it is very complex. The base is a translucent black jelly polish, but when the light hits it it can appear to take on a purple, turquoise or green shimmer/tone to it. It is super sparkly and full of glitters in several colors, shapes and sizes.

All of the polishes from Pop Culture Cosmetics are 3-free....they do not contain Toluene, Formaldehyde or Dibutyl Phthalate.

Disclosure: Both shades in this post were provided for review purposes.

Swatches: Pop Culture Cosmetics Disintegration Collection

Denise from Pop Culture Cosmetics was nice enough to send me some of her indie creations to swatch. I was excited to see that she had a collection based on songs by The Cure. These three shades, from the Transforming and Magical section of her store, are from the Disintegration Collection and are all one coat of her polish over plain black.

Pop Culture Cosmetics Just Like Heaven

Pop Culture Cosmetics Last Dance

Pop Culture Cosmetics Lovesong

I think these are just gorgeous and were so so easy to apply. Denise sent me a few of her glitters as well, and I am excited to give them a try too!
