OPI An Affair In Red Square (2 coats)
from the 2007 Russian Collection
This beauty has been sitting in my un-trieds for a few years and I have no idea why! Isn't that glow pretty? Application was divine- it flowed super easy and covered perfectly in 2 coats. I used NYC Grand Central Station as my topcoat and got great results.
