Layer a coat of Sally Hansen's Hidden Treasure over top...
(I didn't do any shots of just HT, sorry)
and it brings out the purple in Glacier Bay Blues so much!

I've really missed Fun With Layering Friday, it's one of my favorite features!
These are both pretty colors on their own but they're even better together.
One time I did a "french" pedicure with an OPI color that looks much like glacier bay blues, it MIGHT have been it - and the tips were a FIREY Hot Pink OPI color. I called it my fire n' ice pedicure.
