Essie Lapis of Luxury This is absolutely gorgeous! I did do three coats becuase I felt like it needed it to cover the VNL, but it was worth it- what a great spring color. I use SV as a topcoat when I painted them before bed, and woke up to absolutely no shrinkage. And I spent the day paper-shuffling, and got no tip wear..... love it!
